Refund policy

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

At this time, we don't offer returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, located in our menu.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@wiseatoms.ca within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

To start a return, you can contact us at info@wiseatoms.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
